Orders & Shipping

Your order is dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours of payment confirmation. Once shipped, delivery takes 4 to 7 business days across Europe.
✦  As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number to follow your parcel in real time.
You have a 2-hour window after placing your order to contact us and request a modification or cancellation. After that, your order enters fulfilment and can no longer be changed.

For urgent requests, contact us immediately at contact@beaumont-store.com with your order number.
Shipping is free on all orders over €80 across Europe. Below that threshold, a flat shipping fee is automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery country.

Once your parcel is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time from our Track My Order page.

If you haven't received a confirmation email within 48 hours of your order, please check your spam folder or contact our team.
Yes. We deliver to all European countries, including France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Spain, and many more. The full list of available countries is shown at checkout.

Returns & Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date you receive your order. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item within this period for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.
✦  Conditions: items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
It's simple. Send us an email at contact@beaumont-store.com with:

— Your order number
— The item(s) you wish to return
— The reason for your return (optional) or the size you'd like in exchange

Our team will reply within 24 hours with complete return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for standard returns (change of mind, wrong size).

However, if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, BEAUMONT covers all return shipping costs and sends you a replacement at no extra charge.
Once we receive and verify your return, the refund is processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Allow an additional 2 to 5 days for your bank to credit the amount to your account.
✦  For size exchanges, your new order is dispatched as soon as the return is validated — with no additional shipping fee.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Contact us immediately at contact@beaumont-store.com with a photo of the issue and your order number.

We will send you a full replacement at no cost, or issue a complete refund — your choice. No return is required in this case.

Products & Quality

Every BEAUMONT piece is rigorously selected according to strict quality criteria: seam durability, quality of drape, wearing comfort, and wash resistance. Our materials vary by collection — natural linen, premium cotton, high-tech jersey — each product page details the exact composition.

We refuse any item that does not pass our internal quality control process.
General care guidelines:

— Machine wash at 30°C maximum, inside out
— Do not tumble dry (risk of shrinkage)
— Dry flat or on a hanger
— Iron on a low heat setting, inside out
— For linen: a light mist of water before ironing gives a perfect finish

As a general rule, our cuts run slightly oversized for a modern look. When in doubt between two sizes, size up. If you are still unsure, our team is happy to advise you personally.
The majority of our products are in stock and dispatched within 24–48 hours. Exclusive pieces or new collection drops may occasionally be available for pre-order — this is clearly indicated on the product page along with the estimated shipping date.
