ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends are dispatched the following business day.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
We deliver to all UK addresses including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands.

Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days
All orders are fully tracked from our warehouse to your door. A tracking link will be sent to your email address as soon as your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING COSTS
Free standard shipping is included on all orders. No minimum order value required.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your delivery in real time. You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Track My Order page on our website.

If you have not received a dispatch confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

DELAYS
While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control such as carrier delays, public holidays, or extreme weather. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact us at hello@bondie.co.uk and we will investigate immediately.

FAILED DELIVERIES
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. If your parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at no extra charge.

DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed as lost by the carrier, please contact us at hello@bondie.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue. We will reship or refund your order within 48 hours — you will not be left out of pocket.
