TERMS OF SALE — BONDIE

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through www.bondie.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

1. PLACING AN ORDER
By completing a purchase on our website, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

2. PRICING
All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

We are transparent about pricing — there are no hidden fees, no customs charges, and no surprises at delivery.

3. PAYMENT
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store your card details.

4. DELIVERY
Orders are delivered within 4–7 business days to UK addresses. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 90 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.

Returns are free of charge. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@bondie.co.uk and we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your returned item and will be credited to your original payment method.

We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

6. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@bondie.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by emailing hello@bondie.co.uk. After this window, the order may already be processed for dispatch. Once dispatched, our standard returns policy applies.

8. CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You have the right to cancel any order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason (cooling-off period).

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability in connection with any product purchased through our website is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
